Description of screw conveyor
The screw conveyor is a kind of machine which uses the motor to drive the screw to rotate and push the material to realize the purpose of conveying.It can be horizontal, oblique or vertical transport, has the advantages of simple structure, small cross-sectional area, good sealing, easy to operate, easy maintenance, easy to close the transport and so on.

Features of screw conveyor
1. Screw conveyor separates and transports material spirally. It is light because of no underwater bearing which makes its maintenance more convenient.
2. Screw conveyor adoption of new decelerator makes the structure very compact, the operation smooth and the installation more convenient.
3. Screw conveyor using of the flexible bars in tube, which are wear-resisting, makes the separator work with lower noise, and replace of these bars easily.
Application Field
Screw conveyor is popular in various industries, such as building materials, chemicals, electric power, metallurgy, coal, grain and other industries, for horizontal or inclined conveyor dust, granular materials and small block to the other device .And it is a very environmental equipment and can reduce the energy consumption and transportation management cost. The material temperature is less than 200 °C. It is not suitable for conveying perishable, viscous, easy caking materials.
