Working principle
This machine adopts a wind wheel type high-speed rotating knife, and the fixed knife performs impact and shear grinding. Not only the pulverizing effect is good, and a strong airflow is generated in the cavity during pulverization, the heat of the pulverizing chamber flows out from the screen mesh together with the finished product. The fineness can be determined by replacing the screen mesh. This machine utilizes the relative movement between the movable toothed disc and the fixed toothed disc to make the material crushed by the impact, friction and impact of the toothed disc and the materials against each other. The crushed materials are automatically entered into the collection bag under the action of rotating centrifugal force, and the dust is filtered and recovered by the vacuum box through the cloth bag. The machine is designed according to the "GMP" standard, all made of stainless steel, no dust flying during the production process. And it can improve the utilization rate of materials and reduce the cost of enterprises, which has reached the international advanced level.
Features
1. Strong crushing ability, low energy consumption, and relatively small product fineness.
