Ultrasonic vibrating screen is combining ultrasonic generator and rotary vibrating screen, in addition to three-dimensional round separator itself, Ultrasonic round separator overlaps ultrasonic vibrating on the screen surface, which effectively solves the materials difficult to screen, such as: various high electrostatic, superfine, strong adsorption, easily aggregated, light relative density materials. Ultrasonic round separator not only avoids to block the screening mesh but also increases the screening capacity and accuracy, achieving the purpose of fast screening and cleaning.

Working principle
The function principle of ultrasonic vibrating sieve shaker is adding an ultrasonic energy transform device on the screen surface of 3-D vibrating separator and filter. This device can make the screen surface superpose ultra high frequency vibrational energy, so that it can keep clear of the net and achieve the ideal screen situation. Ultrasonic shaker screen is usually used in screening superfine powder which the ordinary vibrating screen can not reach.
