Introduction:
This machine suitable for mixing more than two thousand powder and granular materials in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries.
The mixing cylinder of the machine has a unique structure, high mixing efficiency and no dead ends. It is made of stainless steel, and the inner and outer walls are polished. The appearance is beautiful, the mixing is uniform, and the applicable surface is wide. It is used for mixing the powder, block, and materials containing a certain amount of water.
Selection method:
1. Determine the volume of materials mixed in each batch, ranging from 0.1 to 8 cubic meters, and select equipment of corresponding specifications.
2. Select the material for making the equipment, and the material is divided into: the part in contact with the material, and the part not in contact with the material.
3. Other parts of the equipment keep the original material.
(Material is determined according to material properties, working condition requirements, hygiene level and other factors, conventionally 304/316L stainless steel)
(After the material is selected, the surface treatment requirements are determined according to the requirements)
4. Determine the driving capacity of the configuration according to the specific gravity, fluidity and other properties of the material, as well as the starting standard.
5. According to the actual process situation, add auxiliary function components, such as liquid spray, heating/cooling, etc.
6. Design the opening requirements of the equipment, such as feeding port, discharge port, etc.
7. Select the discharging mode and driving mode, which are divided into manual, pneumatic and electric.
